I graduated Hokulani massage academy here on the Big Island in 2015. Over the years my massage practice has evolved into a customize-able experience for my clients.
By actively listening to both my clients and their tissues, I blend various modalities and techniques to tailor every session to the body's needs.
I have been on a journey of educating myself through the Upledger Institute to continue and further my education and understanding of the human body. This education along with my hands on experience and my foundational training in massage school have given me the ability to be intuitive within my practice and how I approach the body, its structures, and tissues.

In 2003 I attended massage school at the Hawaiian Islands School of Body therapy and Wellness. While in school, my teachers found I naturally gravitated to soft tissue dysfunction and a more medical massage approach. They directed me to further my education with the Upledger Institute. It was there that I studied Craniosacral Therapy to aid my knowledge in the cerebrospinal fluid and its function within the body.
My ongoing training there over the past two decades has given me core skills along with very specific training in immune system response, working with the layers within the skull and brain and the function of glial cells in the body.
Combining massage with these craniosacral techniques has given me a vast spectrum of how I can help each person find what they need in their session. Weather it’s a deep reset in the nervous system, addressing limited range of motion, or releasing soft tissue congestion, I have found this approach can bring a profound therapeutic quality to a session.
